Milling & CNC Work for Builders and Makers
If you're a contractor framing out a custom project in Brick, a cabinet shop in Freehold that needs walnut milled to a specific thickness, or a hobbyist woodworker with a slab that needs flattening before it can become a table, we handle the milling and fabrication work that other shops can't or won't take on in small quantities.
We offer dimensional milling, wood planing, slab flattening, custom cutting, laser engraving, and small CNC projects for builders, cabinet shops, furniture makers, and hobbyist woodworkers across Ocean County, Monmouth County, Burlington County, and Atlantic County. You can bring your own material or source it from our stock of domestic and exotic hardwoods, live edge slabs, plywood, and specialty sheet goods. We sell material in full units or smaller quantities, and wood sale is available for pickup or delivery.

Milling & CNC FAQ

I have a rough slab I bought at a sawmill. Can you flatten and finish it for me?
Yes. Slab flattening is one of our most common milling jobs. We'll remove any warp, cup, or twist and bring the slab to an even, usable surface. We can leave it raw or apply a finish depending on what you're building.

What's the difference between wood planing and slab flattening?
Wood planing runs a board through a thickness planer to bring it to an even, consistent thickness. Slab flattening is done with a router jig on wider pieces that won't fit through a standard planer. Different tools, same goal: a flat, usable surface.

Can I buy hardwood from you without needing any milling work?
Yes. We sell domestic and exotic hardwoods, live edge slabs, cabinet-grade plywood, and specialty sheet goods. Wood sale is available in full units or smaller quantities for pickup or delivery.

Do you take on small laser engraving or CNC jobs, or is there a minimum order?
We take on small jobs. A single custom charcuterie board with laser engraving, a small batch of CNC-cut parts, or a one-off detail piece are all normal projects for us.
